No physical items will be shipped.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive:
- A license key or activation code, and
- A secure download link (if applicable)
These are sent directly to the email address you provided during checkout.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Digital products are delivered within 1 to 48 hours after successful payment.
- Orders requiring manual activation or verification may take up to 48 hours maximum.
- Orders placed outside regular business hours or on weekends may be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Confirmation
After your order is fulfilled, a confirmation email containing your product details and instructions will be sent.
If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
4. Incorrect Email Address

Architectpro LLC is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or misspelled email addresses.
5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will verify your order and resend your license or download link as soon as possible.
6. No Physical Shipping
We do not offer physical shipping, printed materials, or USB drives.
